Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Total Guilt-Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 7 oz fresh strawberries
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Beat butter and cream cheese until fluffy
  4. Add sugar and beat until smooth
  5. Blend in egg and vanilla extract
  6. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in separate bowl
  7. Gradually fold dry ingredients into cream mixture
  8. Push dough into plastic bag to keep it
  9. Portion dough and place on baking sheet
  10. Bake for 22 minutes until golden

Notes

Use lactose-free or vegan cream cheese for dairy-free
Frozen strawberries work; thaw and drain first
Replace egg with substitute for vegan version
Oat flour can replace wheat flour for gluten-free
