- Combine flours, sugars, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients, stir until just blended, then fold in mashed bananas.
- Gently fold in strawberries and nuts (if using).
- Evenly pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool completely before slicing.
