Ingredients
  

  • Strawberry puree 1 cup (fresh or frozen)
  • Banana puree 1 cup (plain or blended with ice cream for richness)
  • Blueberry puree 1 cup (use frozen blueberries)
  • Orange juice ½ cup (fresh squeezed)
  • Chocolate whey protein powder ½ scoop
  • Plain low-fat Greek yogurt ½ cup
  • Ice cubes ¾ cup
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp (optional)
  • Whipped cream drizzle (as desired, dairy-free available)

Method
 

  1. Blend strawberries, blueberries, and banana separately until smooth and strain
  2. Combine yogurt, protein powder, vanilla extract, and ice cubes in a high-speed blender
  3. Pour strawberry puree first, tilting glass to let it settle
  4. Slowly layer banana puree, then blueberry puree
  5. Gently add orange juice, followed by a thin chocolate drizzle on top
  6. Top with whipped cream drizzle and serve immediately

Notes

Adjust sweetness with honey if using unsweetened purees
Room-temperature ice cubes ensure a silky consistency
For a plant-based version, substitute yogurt with coconut milk yogurt and use vegan protein powder
