  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 lemon slices

Method
 

  1. Combine filtered water, honey, and hibiscus in a medium saucepan. Heat gently until mixture simmers for 5 minutes
  2. Pour hot hibiscus mixture over a pitcher full of ice cubes
  3. Add crushed peach pieces and fresh mint leaves to the cooled mixture
  4. Layer lemon slices on top for garnish
