- Combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk warm milk, melted butter, and ¼ cup flour, then add to dry ingredients.
- Knead dough on floured surface for 6–8 minutes until smooth.
- Grease a bowl, cover dough, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide into 4 pieces, roll into 3-inch circles.
- Place ¼ cup cheese and pineapple in center of each circle.
- Fold edges to form rolls, brush with egg wash, and grill until golden.
