- Sift and blend pitted cherries into a smooth purée.
- Strain purée to remove pits and combine with vanilla syrup/sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Steam milk until velvety (150-160°F).
- Brew espresso shots and strain into cups.
- Layer cherry mixture over espresso, add steamed milk, and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill in fridge for 5 minutes or serve immediately.
Notes
Frozen cherries (thawed) substitute well if fresh not available.
Use oat/almond milk for nutty undertones.
