Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter with minced garlic, Greek yogurt, oregano, sea salt, and black pepper
  2. Gradually fold in shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan until fully incorporated
  3. Heat the mixture in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until warm and melty (5–7 minutes)
  4. Serve immediately at room temperature or warm with crusty bread or crostini

Notes

Use salted butter and reduce added sea salt by ½ tsp if preferred
Roast garlic for a deeper flavor if time allows
Greek yogurt can be replaced with sour cream for a similar tang
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
