- Brew 2 shots of espresso and let it cool to room temperature
- Chill unsweetened cranberry juice in the refrigerator
- In a glass, add crushed ice and pour cooled espresso over it
- Mix in cranberry juice, simple syrup, and fresh lime juice
- Top with sparkling water and gently stir to combine
- Add mint leaves to the glass and garnish with a lime wheel and mint sprig
