Method
 

  1. Melt dark chocolate and dairy-free milk in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water
  2. Whisk softened butter in a large bowl until creamy
  3. Stir in melted chocolate, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth
  4. Transfer mixture to an airtight container
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to solidify
