- Blend mashed bananas, oil, applesauce, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined
- Gently incorporate grated carrots, orange zest, and chopped walnuts
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface
- Bake for 35 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack
- Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving
