Ingredients
  

  • 2 shots (60 ml) espresso, brewed and cooled
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk (or oat/soy milk for dairy-free)
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) caramel sauce (homemade or store brand)
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) sugar, optional
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Whipped cream, to serve (optional)
  • Cinnamon dusting, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Brew and cool espresso to room temperature.
  2. Combine espresso, milk, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and sugar in a blender.
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture forms a thick slush (30–45 seconds).
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or caramel sauce as needed.
  6. Pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

Use strong brewed coffee as a substitute for espresso if unavailable.
For a dairy-free version, use oat or soy milk.
Enhance flavor with pure vanilla extract for better aroma and depth.
