Ingredients
  

  • Cold brewed espresso or cooled fresh espresso
  • 1.5 tablespoons caramel syrup (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 ounces milk or milk alternative (whole or oat recommended)
  • 3–4 ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Caramel drizzle (optional for topping)

Method
 

  1. Combine espresso, caramel syrup, and milk in a shaker.
  2. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the shaken mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with whipped cream and drizzle caramel around the rim.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw.

Notes

Pre-cool the glass for enhanced chilling.
Dark roast espresso deepens the flavor.
Oat milk provides a nutty finish compared to whole milk.
Optional garnishes can be omitted for a simpler version.
