Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or light coconut oil spray
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
  2. In two shallow bowls, mix flour in one and combine Parmesan with seasonings in the other
  3. Dip florets first in flour mixture, then coat with egg or flax-egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water), and finally in seasoned cheese
  4. Arrange coated florets in air fryer basket in a single layer
  5. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through
