- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- In two shallow bowls, mix flour in one and combine Parmesan with seasonings in the other
- Dip florets first in flour mixture, then coat with egg or flax-egg (1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water), and finally in seasoned cheese
- Arrange coated florets in air fryer basket in a single layer
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through
